During the last 19 years, Xue Mei Rhodin has developed her own tools for goal setting and motivation, ROI analysis and planning efficiency.

Xue Mei Rhodin has been a jury member of Sweden's largest startup competition since 2016, chosen as Ambassador for Women's Entrepreneurship by the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth and voted top 30 under 30 Changemakers in Sweden.
